Salvation for Bush? Not in the jobs report

New employment numbers are the worst in eight months.

New job numbers are out today, and they're not going to help George W. Bush shake his domestic policy blues. U.S. employers added only 110,000 new jobs in March -- not enough to keep up with population growth, and barely half of what Wall Street had predicted. It was the smallest gain in job growth in eight months, the Labor Department reported.
