Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) opens its fifth season with a visit from a vampire even sexier than Angel -- Dracula. Also, Buffy gets a little sister, 14-year-old Dawn (new cast member Michelle Trachtenberg), who also has some unusual powers. And on the season opener of Angel (9 p.m., WB), our undead hero tries to protect a pregnant woman from demon bounty hunters. Rich does his little dance of joy when he wins the immunity challenge on Survivor (9 p.m., CBS). P.O.V. (10 p.m., PBS, check local times) presents "Live Free or Die," a documentary about the battle over abortion in one New Hampshire town.

20th Century Fox: The Blockbuster Years (8 p.m. ET/ 11 PT, American Movie Classics) takes a two-hour stroll through the Fox vaults. Lots of "Star Wars" clips.
