NBC spices up rerun season with a three-hour Will & Grace (8 p.m., NBC) marathon, six of the series' juiciest episodes (as chosen by a fan poll), aired back-to-back. Biography (8 p.m., A&E) continues a week of shows on TV moms with a profile of Yvonne "Lily Munster" DeCarlo. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) reruns the episode where Faith and Buffy switch bodies; the episode continues on Angel (9 p.m., WB), with the rogue slayer back to her bad self and on the prowl in L.A. P.O.V. (check local times, PBS) presents "Blink," a documentary about ex-white supremacist Greg Withrow.

When the supermodels are away, the dogs will play: Fashion capital Milan, Italy, becomes the canine capital as more than 16,000 elite show pooches work it at the 2000 World Dog Show (9 p.m., USA).
