On a rerun of The King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS), Doug and Carrie need some quiet time together, but they can't get rid of Arthur. CBS's summer replacement Thanks (8:30 p.m., CBS) is a no doubt rollicking sitcom about Pilgrims coping with life in the New World. Cloris Leachman stars. And you thought they didn't make 'em like this anymore! Law & Order (9 p.m., NBC) reruns the one about the cop who is suspected of murdering her abusive partner. Ray regrets encouraging Debra to go swing dancing with Robert on a stellar rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Adam West, TV's Batman, is the subject of a new True Hollywood Story (9 p.m., E!). Apparently, Batman liked to swing. Dateline NBC (10 p.m., NBC) has a story about a Northwestern University journalism class that saved the life of an innocent death row inmate.
